Search Tips

Below you will find an explanation of the criteria in our search engine which, we hope will aid you in your search for the perfect holiday.

You do not have to complete all of the search boxes. Keep your search as simple as possible. If you are not sure which county a particular resort is in for instance, then leave it blank. When the list of properties appears, click on the property name in bold for a full description with photos etc.

 

Search by Availability From Date. To Date.

This enables you to search for a property which has the dates available you are looking for. You can define your search by combining with the number of bedrooms and/or department and/or high season price etc. Please note that to find a date range you must only include your start day once. For instance Saturday to Friday's date or Wednesday to Tuesday's date etc.

 

Property Type

This denotes the type of property you may be looking for i.e. cottage etc. If you don't find what you are looking for with one term try again with another or try leaving the default (Any) option to view all listings.

 

Resort

This lists the coastal resorts of the U.K. If you are not sure which resort you are looking for, but know the County (Devon for instance) then leave the default (Any) option and choose the County to search by.

 

County

This list the the Coastal Counties of the U.K. plus a few others we have added to make it easier for you. If you are not sure which county you are looking for, but know the resort (Brighton for instance) then leave the default (Any) option and choose the Resort to search by.

 

Bedrooms

This option can be combined with any of the other fields to limit your search to properties with a certain number of bedrooms.

 

High Price Range

This option searches for properties in a given high season price range. The high season is usually considered to be July and August. Don't forget to choose the currency you wish to search by.

 

Pool

This enables you to search for a property with or without a swimming pool. If you leave the default (Any) option, your search results will return both types of property.

 

Property Name

If you know the name of the property you can type it into the text box. If you are not sure of any other details i.e. department or region etc then leave the default (Any) option.

 

Featured Properties

If you would only like to see a list of our featured properties in your search result, place a tick in the box provided.
